Managing Directors statement
The marketing industry is a one which has changed massively over the last few years. More and more company's are realising that consumers are bombarded by so many adverts, promotions and special offers that they have become desensitised to them and mentally switch off. To make matters worse the increase in technology means consumers can physically switch off as well.
We offer something different. We spend time to give a one to one interaction which can be adapted to suit the person. This makes it unique and personal. Every question can be answered, every point covered, every concern resolved, all in an informal and relaxed way meaning the true nature of the clients offer can be seen. Word of mouth is and always has been the best way to deliver a message.
The biggest challenge I had within the business was learning to believe in myself and my decisions. The phrase “Can I do it?” always lingered at the back of my mind. Once I realised that all the skills I needed can be learnt and I was surrounded by others who had had to learn too, then my beliefs really changed.
We pride ourselves on taking regular people with no experience in this industry and showing them how to succeed. Gone have the beliefs that you need to be an incredibly confident and gifted person to work in this industry. It’s simply a matter of applying yourself.
Many people talk about the marketing industry as being a fast paced environment, that you need to be able to think on your feet and work under pressure. We pride ourselves on being able to push people when needed but also allowing time for them to just work things out for themselves. Not everyone picks things up at the same rate but the only way to fail is to stop trying.
